Understanding Environmental Law

This resource is designed to assist teachers, environmental activists, attorney volunteers, student group advisors, and others wishing to educate and inspire students on the history of environmental protection in the United States. This learning tool presents key facts and concepts that have shaped the last 50 years of environmental protection in the United States, as seen by environmental law professionals, and presented in a digestible format. This resource consists of two key parts—
