Ingredients

• Pesto
• Tomato
• Mozzarella cheese
• Sweet corn
• Pizza dough:
• 500g flour
• 300g water
• 30g oil
• 10g salt
• 5g yeast

Preparation

1. Make a dough (weight should be about 120g). Leave for 8 to 10 hours.
2. Make a pizza round base and add tomato, mozzarella, and sweet corn.
3. Bake at 250° C (~480° F) for 15-20 minutes.
4. Then, just before serving, spread pesto sauce across the base.
