Meet the Filmmaker of "The Response," Guantanamo Courtroom Drama: Screening and Q&A with Sig Libowitz

The ABA Public Program Series will continue with a screening of "The Response," a courtroom drama based on actual transcripts of the Guantanamo military tribunals. The 30-minute film recently received the 2009 ABA Silver Gavel Award for Drama & Literature. After the screening, producer/writer/actor (and lawyer) Sig Libowitz will engage in a Q&A session with the audience. "The Response" also stars Kate Mulgrew ("Star Trek: Voyager") and Peter Riegert ("Damages," "Traffic") as military judges and Aasif Mandvi ("The Daily Show") as a detainee on trial.
