The Diversity Committee's purpose is to encourage and promote involvement of individuals of diverse racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, women, persons with disabilities, and individuals who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender in the active membership and leadership of the Section and to promote greater awareness and appreciation of the Section's diversity goals.
