Mission Statement
The Subcontracting, Teaming and Supply Committee provides timely information related to public contracting collaborations, including prime contractor and subcontractor relationships, teaming arrangements and strategic alliances. Also drafts and updates model sets of subcontract terms and conditions consistent with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS). Also prepares comments on proposed regulations affecting the prime contractor-subcontractor relationship or teaming arrangements.
