Mission Statement
The State and Local Procurement Committee discusses topics of interest to the state and local procurement community and provides networking opportunities within the Procurement Division and with other state and local procurement organizations. The Committee promotes the use of efficient, fair, and ethical procurement techniques, coordinate the comments with the Section of Public Contract Law on pending state and local statutes and regulations and promotes the development, awareness and use of the Model Procurement Code.
