The Contract Claims and Disputes Resolution Committee has cognizance over issues arising during contract performance, including change orders, constructive changes, equitable adjustments, stop work orders and delays, and convenience and default terminations, as well as methods of resolving claims and disputes through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
