The Section of Public Contract Law is global network of procurement professionals that serves to provide balanced recommendations on procurement policy, provide a forum to engage with colleagues across all segments of the procurement industry, and gain insight into and develop unique perspectives of federal, state and local public contract law. Our Awards & Initiatives

The Public Contract Law Section sponsors a collection of awards, initiatives, and scholarships designed to honor procurement professionals and to promote our mission to further the development and improvement of public contract law, including the Alan E. Peterson Lifetime Achievement Award, the PCL Section Fellows' Spirit of Leadership Award, the Allan J. Joseph Excellence in Leadership Award and the Donald McL. Davidson award. We also support the work of up-and-coming professionals through the Section of Public Contract Law Scholarship and the Marilyn Neforas Meeting Scholarship for Young Lawyer Women in Public Contract Law.
