    MODEL RULES FOR FEE ARBITRATION - RULE 9

    Rule 9 IMMUNITY

    1. Parties and Witnesses. Parties and witnesses shall have such immunity as is applicable in a civil action in the jurisdiction.

    2. Commissioners; Arbitrators; Staff. Members of the Commission, panels and staff shall be immune from suit for any conduct in the course and scope of their official duties.
