I would like to suggest that the commentary on pages 27-28, under paragraph 3.7 (which discusses proposed Model Rule 5.5(d)(1)), include some clarifying discussion to indicate that an in-house corporate lawyer should only be required to be licensed in any one U.S. jurisdiction of the individual's choosing and that this license need not be from any state in which the corporation does business or the one(s) in which the lawyer offices.
