Dear Mr. Simmons:

The Latin American Chamber of Commerce (LACC) is the largest Minority Economic Development Organization in Chicago, providing management and technical assistance to small businesses in the area of financial, contract procurement and entrepreneurship education. The LACC has over 800 active members of which the following is represented: Hispanic 60%, African American 15%, Asian 4%, Caucasian 21%. Overall, Women Entrepreneurs represented 37%, Small Business represented 72%. The LACC acts as a bridge for our clients by increasing potential customers, supppliers, and distributors. We accomplish these goals through high standards and efficient business practices.

Services provided to our clients come in a Varity of forms that include having qualified professionals on staff from a variety of disciplines. We would like to support The Consumer Alliance in its initiative to address the establishment of multidisciplinary problem solving teams in Illinois.

We look forward to a long and successful business relationship.
