For over 55 years, the ABA’s Standing Committee on Paralegals has been engaging and informing members of the legal profession on the benefits of working with qualified, well-educated paralegals. Most recently, the Standing Committee has published a second edition of a study, The Economic Benefits of Paralegal Utilization, elaborating on the fiscal benefits lawyers and law firms can experience when effectively utilizing paralegal services.
