Biography
Emma Fletcher, J.D., is an associate professor and program coordinator in the Law & Paralegal Studies Program at the University of Cincinnati. She retains a partnership position with the Wright Law Group, and primarily focuses her practice on estate administration, family law and criminal law. As a result, she has an active Ohio license to practice law. Professor Fletcher relied on her legal experience and legal education from the University of Kentucky’s College of Law to co-author a paralegal textbook on estate administration. She is an active member of the American Association for Paralegal Education. Emma, her husband, Drew, and their four children reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.
