The Section pledges to use its resources and the dedication of its members to ensure the full, equal participation of diverse lawyers in the ABA and the profession. The Diverse Leaders Academy (DLA) provides opportunities for lawyers in underrepresented groups to participate in leadership roles within the Litigation Section. DLA develops talented, diverse Section leaders to create an important pipeline of future leaders and to demonstrate further the Section’s commitment to ensuring equal opportunity in the profession.
