Message from the Chairs
Welcome! We are pleased to share our homepage with our members and our Committee. Our committee is meant to serve as a resource for newer litigators, with a particular focus on those just entering the profession. The transition from law school to practice can prove challenging, and our goal is to help meet that challenge by offering programming and content on topics relevant and critical to the early years of practice as a litigator.
Enthusiasm abounds as we plan our 2019–2020 bar year. We are excited and proud to share the high-quality programming found in our Roundtable discussions, Sound Advice podcasts, Practice Points, and our award-winning and critically acclaimed newsletter with our committee members and the bar at large. Our team of committee and subcommittee cochairs and vice chairs are determined to ensure that the programming resources we develop will exceed the expectations of our members.
None of our great programming is possible without our members, and we encourage every one of you to consider joining us in some capacity. Enjoy speaking? Help us plan and participate in a Roundtable discussion. Love to write? Think of a topic of interest to our members and submit an article for our newsletter. Prefer to network? Be sure to join us at the Section Annual Conference and/or our Regional CLE Program. No matter what your interest is, there is an opportunity to get more involved. Please reach out to one of us with your interests, and we will help you put your innovative ideas into motion.
If you are interested in becoming more involved, or simply want to keep up with our committee, we invite you to join our monthly calls, held on the first Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. ET.
Dial in: 1-866-292-2994

We wish you all the best for this bar year.
