Message from the Chairs

Join the Ethics & Professionalism Committee: Shape the Future of Legal Ethics

The Ethics & Professionalism Committee is dedicated to exploring and shaping the ethical standards that guide lawyers in the context of modern litigation. Our committee engages with cutting-edge issues through newsletters, Practice Points, articles, Sound Advice podcasts, and more. We also host CLE programs via online webinars and at ABA conferences, as well as Roundtables where lively discussions on current ethical dilemmas take place.

We are actively seeking new members for our subcommittees. By actively taking part, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your professional network with attorneys nationwide, enhance your business development efforts, and contribute to shaping the profession through education. Subcommittee members play key roles in producing thought leadership—whether through writing articles, contributing to podcasts, or presenting programs remotely or in person.

Whether you want to lead a subcommittee or simply contribute content to our website, there are countless ways to get involved. Your participation not only elevates your profile in the legal community but also strengthens the foundation of ethics and professionalism in the practice of law. Reach out today to learn more about how you can make a difference!
