    The Office of Public Advocacy (OPA) provides legal advocacy and guardianship services to vulnerable Alaskans, including abused and neglected children in protective proceedings.  OPA services as Guardian ad litem in Child in Need of Aid (CINA), domestic violence, juvenile delinquency, private custody, child victims in adult criminal, adoption and emancipation cases.
