New IOLTA Program Directors in Kentucky and Montana
Amelia Martin Adams began serving as the Executive Director of the Kentucky Bar Foundation and the Kentucky IOLTA Fund on September 14, 2015. Prior to this position, she practiced law in Lexington, Kentucky, focusing on commercial and consumer bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and debtor-creditor relations. Ms. Adams was named an Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Fayette County Bar Association and a Rising Star by the Lexington Young Professionals Association. She is a past president of the Women Lawyers’ Association of the Fayette County Bar Association (FCBA) and a current member of the FCBA Board of Directors. She graduated from Transylvania University and the University of Kentucky College of Law.
Niki Zupanic joined the Montana Justice Foundation as its new Executive Director in December 2015. Ms. Zupanic brings nearly 15 years of experience in non-profit advocacy and public service to her new role. Prior to joining the Montana Justice Foundation, she was the public policy director for the ACLU of Montana, served as a committee consultant for the California state legislature, and practiced municipal law. She is a graduate of the University of Redlands and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
