Section Policies

Consistent with the separate and independent standard that applies to law school accreditation activities, the Section has a separate budget for those activities. Included in that budget are reimbursement policies that are specific to work relating to the accreditation project. All other activities of the Section are subject to the ABA reimbursement policy for members and volunteers.
