SCLAID Task Force on Eviction, Housing Stability, and Equity
The Standing Committee on Legal Aid and Indigent Defense Task Force on Eviction, Housing Stability, and Equity contributes to the ABA's efforts to address the root causes of the current eviction crisis by addressing unjust eviction laws/systems, the lack of affordable and healthy housing, and the structural, institutional, and interpersonal discrimination underlying housing laws, policies, and practices, among others.
