The annual National Meeting of State Access to Justice Commission Chairs, sponsored by the ABA Standing Committee on Legal Aid and Indigent Defendants, is the preeminent national gathering of access to justice commission members and other stakeholders. The meeting offers substantive programming delivered by national experts and unique networking opportunities for state supreme court justices, judges, bar association and foundation officials, legal aid directors, funder organization officials, law school faculty, and ATJ commission members and staff.
The application process for judicial travel scholarships has been closed and scholarships have been awarded. However, additional scholarships may be available on a very limited basis. If you are interested, please contact Shubi Deoras at firstname.lastname@example.org.

All cancellation requests for the 2019 National Meeting of State Access to Justice Commission Chairs (National ATJ Meeting) must be made in writing and sent to Tamaara.Piquion@americanbar.org. To cancel a registration without penalty, a written request must be received by Wednesday, April 10, 2019. No refunds or exceptions will be given for cancellation requests received after Wednesday, April 10, 2019. The registration can be transferred to another individual affiliated with the same organization for attendance at the 2019 National ATJ Meeting. The transfer request must be made in writing and sent to Tamaara.Piquion@americanbar.org by Wednesday, April 10, 2019. National ATJ Meeting registration transfers may not be reflected on the conference roster.
