Anna is a Partner with Stark & D’Ambrosio, LLP in San Diego, CA, where she manages the firm’s Family Law Division. She represents clients in all aspects of family law, including pre and post marital agreements, marital dissolutions, child custody, child and spousal support, property division and post judgment issues. Anna has a long history of leadership in the ABA, going back the Law Student Division. She is a past Chair of the ABA’s Young Lawyers Division from 2016-2017 and has served as a Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates since 2017, on behalf of the ABA YLD and the San Diego County Bar Association. In her tenure in the ABA HOD, she Chaired the Teller’s Committee and served on the Select and Technology committees. Anna was a member of the TIPS Council in 2024 and has served on the ABA Commission on Domestic and Sexual Violence (2020-2023), the ABA Standing Committee on Bar Activates and Services (2017-2020), the ABA Center for Human Rights, Advisory Council (2015-2017), and the ABA Standing Committee on Group and Prepaid Legal Services (2012-2015). Anna is a proud Lifetime Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and currently Co-Chairs the Fellows in San Diego.

Anna was born in Kiev, Ukraine and immigrated to the US with her family when she was seven years old. She grew up in Los Angeles, CA and is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where she double-majored in Political Science and Law and Society. She is bi-lingual in Russian and English. Anna is married to Matthew McMahon, a financial analyst, and they have a two year old daughter, Valerie, and are excited to welcome her baby brother in the fall of 2024. When Anna is not working with her clients or serving the community, she enjoys road cycling, cooking, and chasing Valerie around the playground.
