Linda is a past chair of the Chair, Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section, and currently chairs its Long-range Planning Committee and is the section’s senior delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. She is completing her five-year term on the Committee on Scope and Correlation of Work, and chaired Scope 2021-2022. Linda is serving in her first year as a member of the Standing Committee on Technology and Information Systems. She served on the ABA Board of Governors in a section seat, 2016-2018.

Linda currently serves as board secretary and chair of the governance committee at The Towers at Tower Lane (HUD-funded senior congregate housing). She is a member of the boards of the Jewish Foundation of Greater New Haven, Gateway Community College Foundation, and the University of Michigan Honors Alumni Council. She co-chairs the Connecticut Bar Association’s Experienced Lawyers Committee.

Linda prior professional employment was SVP/GC of UIL Holdings, a utility holding company. Prior to becoming a corporate general counsel, Linda was a partner and chaired the regulated practices group at Wiggin and Dana in New Haven.

Linda’s daughter is a lawyer in Washington, D.C.

Linda’s interests include college sports, baseball, baking, and walking.
