Elizabeth is the managing attorney with Elizabeth K. Meyers & Associates (AIG Staff Counsel), that focuses on the defense of Developers & General Contractors in construction defect actions. Her office handles cases all throughout California. Elizabeth previously served as a delegate for the State Bar of California to the ABA House of Delegate from 2009-2019 non-consecutively, and on Drafting Committee from 2018-2019. Most recently, she served as a Commissioner on the Commission on Ethnic and Racial Diversity in the Profession until leaving to serve on the Board of Governors. Elizabeth was also selected as a 2020 Diversity Fellow for the GPSolo Division and held other leadership positions in GPSolo including Vice Chair for the GPSolo Real Estate/Construction Committee. She is also a fellow with the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation. Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in California, Oregon and Nevada. Elizabeth earned her juris doctorate at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College and is a graduate of Duquesne University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
