    Gail is a partner at Taylor English Duma, LLP, working in the firm’s Tampa office. She is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice and General Counsel Groups. She has represented employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters and has conducted numerous workplace investigations. In addition, Gail is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Civil Mediator.

    Gail has served in several leadership roles within the ABA Labor and Employment Law Section, including as Section Chair and Section Liaison to the Commission on Women and the Equal Opportunity in the Legal Profession Committee. She also is a member of the American Bar Foundation and was elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

    Ranked in the Chambers & Partners USA guide in the “Labor & Employment” category for Florida and AV-Rated by Martindale Hubbell, Gail has been honored by her peers, being voted to the Best Lawyers in America and is listed as “Top Rated” by Florida Super Lawyers for Employment Litigation.

    Gail is marred to Steve, a business attorney, and they are parents to a daughter who is an NFL agent and a son who is an attorney. Gail and Steve enjoy family time, as well as tennis, golf, and travel.
