Vince recently re-joined Davis Polk in the Civil Litigation Group.  Vince has served in several roles at the ABA, including on its Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary.  Vince serves as the Co-Chair of the NY Chapter of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.  He has served on its Standing Committee on Judicial Independence.  He has served as Vice Chair of two Committees of the ABA’s Antitrust Section and has worked on its treatise Antitrust Law Developments. Vince has served as one of the New York County Lawyers Association’s delegates to the ABA House of Delegates.

He has served as the President of the New York County Lawyers Association and in many other roles at NYCLA including as Co-Chair of its Federal Courts Committee. Vince has also served as President of the Asian American Bar Association of New York.  Vince also has held several roles at the New York State Bar Association.  He is a member of its Executive Committee and has served on its Nominations Committee and House of Delegates.  He has Co-Chaired the NYSBA Task Force on Combatting Ant-Semitism and Anti-Asian Hate. He served on its task force on Advancing Diversity.  Vince has served on the Judiciary Committee of the New York City Bar Association and has received the City Bar’s Diversity Champion Award.  He has served on the Grievance Committee of the First Judicial Department in New York.  He serves on New York Commercial Division Advisory Council and as Vice President of the Asian American Law Fund of New York.  He has served on the boards of Legal Services NYC and the South Asian Bar Association of New York.  He is a member of the Executive Council of the Network of Bar Leaders.

Vince has been a New Yorker for over 30 years but grew up in small towns in such places as Indiana, Kentucky, and Iowa.  Vince has one son who is a quant trader (don’t ask him to explain what that is!).
