Eric McClendon has been the Manager of the Oregon State Bar Referral and Information Services Department since 2014.  That Department includes the Lawyer Referral Service and Modest Means Program along with several pro bono programs, including Problem Solvers, the Military Assistance Panel, and Lawyer to Lawyer.  Eric earned his JD from Willamette University College of Law.  Prior to joining the OSB, Eric co-founded a small firm in 2010 that focused on family law and related practice areas. While in private practice, Eric participated in the Lawyer Referral Service as a panelist.

Dana Rindahl has been the Legal Services manager of the Hennepin County Bar Association for three years.  In addition to managing the LRIS program she is also director of the modest means, and pro bono services programs of the bar, chairs the Delivery of Legal Services Committee, and participates in various access to justice focused programs throughout the Minneapolis community.  Dana earned her law degree from the University of St. Thomas and she then was a partner in a small firm where she practiced Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Immigration.    Prior to earning her law degree, Dana worked for nine years as a family counselor and social worker in various environments.  Immediately prior to the foreclosure crisis of 2007, Dana implemented the first post-purchase housing counseling program to take place in conjunction with a legal clinic in the state of Indiana.  This initiative combined financial counseling, loan modification assistance, and full legal representation from a single non-profit legal agency.

Sheila Vermacy is the Lawyer Referral Service and Reduced-Fee Program Coordinator for the NH Bar Association.  Joining the organization in 2002 as an Intake & Referral Specialist, Sheila was promoted to Assistant Coordinator in 2006, and took over as Program Coordinator last year.  Sheila has been instrumental in creating an online presence for the NHBA LRS through the creation of a free standing consumer-oriented website, and through various social media platforms.  Sheila holds a BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in the Humanities from Burlington College in VT; a Certificate in Marital Mediation, and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the NH Technical Institute.

Seth Chavez is the Director of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service and the Director of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Mandatory Fee Arbitration program. He has been published by the State Bar of California and Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine. Seth was recently commended by the City of Los Angeles for public service as Director of the Los Angeles County Bar Association lawyer referral service, and is a mentor in the Los Angeles County Bar Association High School Mentoring Program. In 2005, he earned a JD from Whittier College School of Law.
