It has been a loooooooong time since we all gathered in Austin, Texas and we are looking forward to seeing everyone in-person in New Orleans! This year, we are partnering with the historic NOPSI Hotel, and you will not want to miss it! With two and a half days of plenary and breakout panels, we are looking forward to having information for large and small programs alike. We plan to keep you both entertained and informed, so let the good times roll!
Nuts & Bolts Pre-Workshop Seminar
Prior to the Workshop, we will be offering our Nuts & Bolts Training. This is a full-day session on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. During the session, you’ll learn (or be reminded of) all the key practices and measures of running a successful lawyer referral and information service. For this session, we especially welcome new program directors and staff, new lawyer referral committee or board members, and anyone interested in starting a lawyer referral program. Feel free to raise any questions – this is a judgment-free zone. Did we mention that lunch is provided?
The Best Lawyer Referral Workshop in the World!
Okay, maybe it’s the only one, but that makes it the best, right? Each day starts with a full breakfast buffet before heading into plenary and breakout sessions. We’ll cover topics such as wellness, best practices (rural v. metro bars), ethics, marketing, and many others! We also be presenting our Cindy Raisch Award for 2021 AND 2022. If you haven’t nominated a program for 2022 as of yet, you should! The Workshop also includes a special networking event on Thursday, October 20th – all included in the price of your registration.
As we all know, costs have been rising, which makes it harder for some programs to attend. As such, a limited number of scholarships are available to cover registration costs.
