Jennifer Leonard is the Associate Dean for Professional Engagement at Penn Law School. In these capacities, Jen works to help students develop the business, leadership and professional productivity skills that will help them thrive in practice.
Before joining Penn Law’s administration, Jen worked as a litigation associate with a Philadelphia law firm and served as the Chief of Staff to the Philadelphia Law Department and its City Solicitor. She also clerked for a year after law school and brings to her work these different lawyer perspectives. Jen has taught Law Firm Management in the New Normal at Penn Law for the last six years.
Jen graduated from Penn Law in 2004 and earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. She and her husband live with their two kids and German Shepherd in the Art Museum section of Philadelphia.
