Every year the ABA Law Student Division and the ABA Commission on Lawyer Assistance Programs (CoLap) collaborate to offer programs and provide resources for Law Student Mental Health Day scheduled annually on October 10, which coincides with World Mental Health Day. On this day law schools are encouraged to sponsor educational programs and events that teach and foster breaking the stigma associated with severe depression and anxiety among law students and lawyers.

As part of Law Student Mental Health Week 2022, we reached out to professors, administrators, lawyers, and law-focused mental health professionals to share a word of advice to law students who may be feeling the pressure felt by many of their peers.
