Law Practice Division

Pro Bono & Public Service Interest Group

The Law Practice Division Pro Bono & Public Service interest group facilitates the implementation of the Division's pro bono and public service goals through development and support of model law firm programs and outreach to law firms and legal organizations to maintain best practices in pro bono and public service. We coordinate hands-on public service projects at Division meetings and host projects that make a difference in our communities by utilizing the talents of Division members in law practice management, marketing, finance, and technology.

We encourage our members who are interested in pro bono and community service to use this interest group to network and collaborate to match members with pro bono and community service projects in their fields of interest and expertise to make a difference in the shape and future of our legal culture. This interest group has been designed to allow members that have an interest in pro bono and community service to share projects by subject matter and type of work so that members can seek out such projects by matching fields of law, types of work, expertise, and geography. Our goal is to advance the Law Practice Division’s opportunities in planning and implementing pro bono activities that address issues our members care about and believe in.
