Andrew Borene is Managing Director for US Federal and Public Sector at Cybereason. He has worked in senior roles at Symantec, IBM, LexisNexis, Booz Allen Hamilton and Wells Fargo. Most recently, he was turnaround CEO of Cipherloc Corporation. He has also been a Senior Advisor to the Director of the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA), and an Associate Deputy General Counsel at the Pentagon. He is a former U.S. Marine officer and the previous editor of the ABA Intelligence Community Law Sourcebook
Adam Pearlman is Managing Director of Lexpat Global Services. He is the former Senior Advisor for Legal Policy at the State Department’s Counterterrorism Bureau, a former Associate Deputy General Counsel at DoD, and served in several roles at DOJ. He is the new Editor-in-Chief of the ABA Intelligence Community Law Sourcebook.
