Professor Edward "Ned" Foley is is the Ebersold Chair in Constitutional Law at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and Director of the Election law program. He was a fellow at Stanford University’s Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law and a reporter for the American Law Institute’s Project on Election Administration.
