Steward of American Rule of Law: How Elizabeth Parker Champions Civics with Lessons from NSA and CIA

Elizabeth Rindksopf Parker is a Counselor to the Standing Committee on Law and National Security, the Dean Emerita of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and the former Executive Director of the State Bar of California. She is also the former general counsel to the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency, as well as the former  principal deputy legal adviser at the State Department. She was the first woman to serve as Chair of the Standing Committee on Law and National Security.
