Bonnie Jenkins is the Founder and Chair of Women of Color Advancing Peace and Security and a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institute. She previously served as Special Envoy and Coordinator for Threat Reduction Programs in the State Department Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation and has served as the lead for the 2010 - 2016 Nuclear Security Summits and as the U.S. Representative to the G7 Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction.
