Dean Cheng is the Senior Research Fellow in the Asian Studies Center at the Heritage Foundation's Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy. He worked as an analyst at SAIC and the Center for Naval Analyses and served in the International Security and Space Program of the Office of Technology Assessment.
