Cynthia Ryan is the Chair of the ABA Standing Committee on Law and National Security, former General Counsel of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, and former Chief Counsel of the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Ambassdaor Bonnie Jenkins is the Founder and Chair of Women of Color Advancing Peace and Security and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Insitution. She is the former Special Envoy and Coordinator for Threat Reduction Programs in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation at the U.S. State Department and was the U.S. Representative to the G7 Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction.
Mieke Eoyang is the Vice President for the National Security Program and Chairperson of the Cyber Enforment Initiative at Third Way. She served as Subcommittee Staff Director on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and a Professional Staff Member on the House Armed Services Committee, as well as Defense Policy Advisor to Senator Kennedy.
Dawn Browning is the Deputy General Counsel for the National Security and Cyber Law Branch at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and previously served as the Section Chief for the Counterterrorism Law Section in the FBI’s Office of General Counsel. She also worked as a Legal Counsel to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
