Alissa Starzak is the Head of Public Policy at Cloudflare, Inc. and serves on the Public Interest Declassification Board. She previously served as General Counsel to the U.S. Army, and as DOD Deputy General Counsel for Legislation. She also worked as Counsel the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence .
