Dr. Bradley Hart is an Assistant Professor at California State University, Fresno. He completed his PhD at Churchill College, Cambridge University and is the author or co-author of three books, the latest being “Hitler’s American Friends.”
Kathleen Kedian is a Senior Counsel at Raytheon Company and a Professorial Lecturer in Law at George Washington University Law School. She served as Principal Deputy Chief of the Counterintelligence and Export Control Section and Chief of the Counterespionage Section of the US Department of Justice National Security Division.
