Megan Stifel is the Cybersecurity Policy Director at Public Knowledge and the founder of Silicon Harbor Consultants as well as a non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council. She previously served in the Department of Justice as Director for Cyber Policy in the National Security Division, and as counsel in the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section of the Criminal Division.
