Assessment Of Older Adults With Diminished Capacity: A Handbook For Lawyers
The Commission on Law and Aging offers opportunities for lawyers to provide pro bono assistance in the form of research and analysis on ever-changing law and policy issues impacting older persons and their families. Our Commission serves as a research and educational entity within the ABA, providing policy and practice resources, technical assistance, and education to the bar, the broader aging network, and the public. The emerging issues arising from an aging society continue to multiply and expand, especially for low-income and isolated older persons, so the contribution of pro bono research is vital to our efforts. If you are or may be interested in pro bono opportunities or just want more information, send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
