Join us for the first in our series on “Traditional Labor Law Fundamentals.” In this session, panelists will explain Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the rights it provides to employees as well as what “protected concerted activity” is and what is not protected under the NLRA. The panel also will discuss current union organizing trends and how employees are exercising Section 7 rights to engage in protected concerted activity and to organize unions.
