Lisa M. Kitagawa is a partner of Kitagawa & Ebert which represents many prominent Japanese businesses throughout the U.S. with offices in Irvine, CA and Plano, TX (by appt.) She is licensed to practice law in the states of California, Texas, Georgia and New York. Lisa was educated in both the U.S. and Japan and the recipient of many academic scholarships. She is the third of only four American lawyers to have graduated from the prestigious Kyoto University, Japan and she also attended the elite Tokyo University.
