Danielle Schroder, is a shareholder at Hawks Quindel, S.C. in Madison, Wisconsin. She has been practicing law for six years and joined the Section in 2010. Danielle became eager to join the Section to further expand her personal network while taking advantage of the educational and practice development opportunities. Ms. Schroder’s practice focuses on the areas of employee benefits, personal injury, and employment discrimination. She has successfully resolved employment cases against large entities such as hospitals, universities, retailers and manufacturing plants and has convinced insurance giants such as CIGNA, Unum, Reliance Standard and Liberty Mutual to overturn their denials of short and long-term disability benefits. In both her professional and personal life, Attorney Schroder values people above all else. She is an active member of Blackhawk Church, serving on its legal team, and is a volunteer for the Wisconsin Lawyer Assistance Program (WisLAP). This self-described “kind” lawyer is a great member to get to know.
