Jonathan Grode, an Employer/Management lawyer with Green and Spiegel LLP in Philadelphia, PA has been practicing labor and employment law since 2009 and became a Section member at that time. Mr. Grode decided to join to become educated on how immigration lawyers can add value to the practice of labor and employment law. He enjoys the extremely rewarding relationships that have been formed both personally and professionally. Jonathan also always looks forward to attending Section conferences where he has the opportunity to further expand his network. He has worked continuously in the U.S. business immigration law field since completing his undergraduate studies and has amassed considerable experience obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for new company start-ups, professional workers and researchers. Jonathan also teaches both Business Immigration Law and Advising Global Corporations as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
