Steven L. Snyder, an Employer/Management lawyer with Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC in Huntington, West Virginia has been practicing labor and employment law for 22 years and has been a Section member since last year. Steven became a Section member primarily in order to keep up to date on the ceaseless changes to the realm of labor and employment law. His other motivations were to meet new people, make friends and perhaps snag a referral now and then for litigation in West Virginia, southern Ohio and eastern Kentucky. Since becoming an active member, Mr. Snyder has become a part of the Employment Rights and Responsibilities committee. Steven has worked for federal and state appellate courts, for one of the world's biggest corporations, and for large law firms. He is happy to now be working in a firm that is small enough to be collegial and large enough to handle any legal issue. His areas of practice include Labor and Employment, General Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property and Alternative Dispute Resolution. This self-described “thoughtful” lawyer is a great member to get to know.
