Ronald L. Wisniewski, a Management/Employer attorney with Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLC in Chicago, Illinois has been practicing employment law for 20 years and has been a Section member since 2012. Mr. Wisniewski became a member to develop great friendships and connections, while further expanding his law related education and organization experience. As a partner at his Chicago-based firm, Ron’s practice concentrates on defending individuals, municipalities and companies in complex civil litigation matters – with an emphasis on employment discrimination and related matters. He has represented defendants in cases involving issues ranging from catastrophic personal injuries, toxic torts, product liability, qui tam false claims tax cases, breach of fiduciary duty, violation of the Illinois Trade Secrets Act and violation of non-compete agreements. The committee in which he is most active is Employment Rights and Responsibilities. Ron wanted to become a lawyer as he felt his niche was to help people achieve equal rights and justice.
