Joseph Y. Ahmad, an Employee/Plantiff lawyer with Ahmad, Zavitsanos, Anaipakos, Alavi & Mensing in Houston, Texas has been practicing labor and employment law for 25 years and has been a Section Member for 20 years. Mr. Ahmad became a member for the CLE’s and to meet others that practice employment litigation. As a Section member, what he enjoys most is the Section and Committee Meetings, also Employment Rights and Responsibilities is the Committee in which he is most active. Mr. Ahmad mainly represents executives and other employees in trade secret, fiduciary duty, and covenant not to compete matters. In addition, he has represented employees and employers in a broad range of employment cases throughout his career as he became a lawyer to try cases to the jury.
