2015-11-16 - Nathan Goldstein

Nathan Goldstein, a lawyer with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor in Boston, Massachusetts, has been practicing labor and employment law since 2009 and joined the Section earlier this year. His practice focuses on litigation brought pursuant to the various laws under the Department of Labor's jurisdiction. He joined the Section after having been selected to participate in the Government Fellowship program, working with the Employee Benefits Committee. He finds the subject matter of the Committee’s meetings to be challenging and engaging. As a Section member, he most appreciates the active, engaged and capable bar that makes up the Employee Benefits Committee’s membership. Also he finds that the programs are educational and spirited, and the people are terrific. This self-described “thorough, zealous and reasonable” lawyer is a great member to get to know.
