Leonard Court, an Employer/Management lawyer with Crowe and Dunlevy in Oklahoma City, OK, has been practicing labor and employment law since 1972 and has been a Section member for 35 years. His practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law. He joined the Section in order to meet other attorneys working in the same field and to learn from the leading lawyers in the area and has remained active for three reasons. Originally, he stayed because of the outstanding CLE. Secondly, he appreciated the unbelievable networking opportunities. He now continues because of the lifelong friendships that have developed with fellow Section members. Len also finds particular value in the free exchange of ideas between counsel. He has been most active on the Section’s Equal Employment Opportunity Committee. This self-described “friendly” lawyer is a great member to get to know.
